Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using zeroatom.link, you agree to these terms. If you're using zeroatom on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.

zeroatom is operated by Neeraj, a sole proprietor based in India.

2. Your account and workspace

You're responsible for the security of your account and everything published under your workspace, including content added by any member you invite. Enable two-factor authentication if you manage a shared or agency workspace. You can turn it on from your account settings with any authenticator app.

3. Your content

You own the links, bio text, images, and theme you add to your page. You grant us a license to host, render, and distribute that content solely to operate the service, for example, serving your public page at your handle or connected domain.

4. The chat builder and approvals

Changes proposed by the AI page-builder are never applied automatically: every edit (links, theme, publish) is staged for your approval first. You're responsible for reviewing a proposed change before approving it; once approved, it's live.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use zeroatom to publish or link to:

• Unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Malware, phishing pages, or deceptive redirects.
• Content that harasses, threatens, or exploits others.
• Adult or hateful content.
• Impersonation of any person or organization.

Don't scrape zeroatom or automate the chat or the product without our written permission. We may suspend or remove content, and terminate accounts, that violate this section.

6. AI output

Some features generate content using third-party AI models. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or similar to other output. Review everything before you publish it. zeroatom doesn't guarantee the accuracy or fitness of AI output.

7. Plans, credits and payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Dodo Payments. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) at checkout. Your plan entitlements (seats, custom domains, analytics history) take effect as soon as payment is confirmed and downgrade at the end of the current billing period if you cancel. Credits are consumed per action and are non-refundable once used. Plan limits apply.

8. Custom domains

If you connect a domain you own, you're responsible for keeping its DNS records pointed at zeroatom and for renewing that domain with your own registrar. We provision TLS automatically once DNS is verified.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll do our best to give notice of planned maintenance that affects your public page.

10. Suspension and termination

You can export your data and delete your account or workspace at any time from settings. Deletion takes effect immediately: you are signed out, your pages are unpublished, your links and QR codes are disabled, and your subscription is cancelled. Your data is permanently purged after 30 days. To restore a deleted account or workspace within those 30 days, email hello@zeroatom.link. We may pause or limit features, including chat, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.

11. Disclaimers and liability

zeroatom is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to workspace owners ahead of taking effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
